Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Terms
All orders are due and payable Net 30 days from the date of invoice, subject to credit approval. For orders over $100K, a 30% deposit is required prior to order acceptance. Terms are stated on the quote and must be adhered to in order to maintain good credit standing.
2. Minimum Order Requirements
No minimum order requirements.
3. Freight Terms
Shipping method must be specified at time of order. Shipments are freight collect, billed to a third party, or prepaid and added to the invoice. All products shipped FOB.
All products are shipped via an LTL freight carrier and knocked-down unless otherwise noted. Benches ship palletized. Smaller, lightweight products may qualify for ground shipping.
4. Quick Ship Program
QuickShip is available only for the part numbers listed in this QuickShip catalog and is subject to product availability. Treston and IAC are not responsible for freight carrier delays.
QuickShip program limits:
• Maximum of 10 units or $10,000 total order value per order
• FiFo Flow Rack products limited to a maximum of 5 units per QuickShip order
Additional terms:
• Ship time is 5–10 business days ARO, subject to change for large orders
• Change orders not accepted for after 48 hours
5. Shipment Inspection & Damage Claims
Upon delivery, inspect all goods immediately:
- Note any visible damage on the freight bill before signing
- Report concealed damage to the carrier immediately
- Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
Treston IAC LLC will not accept liability for transit damage but may assist with claims. Photographic shipment documentation can be provided for Treston products upon request.
- Receipt must be inventoried; shortages must be reported within 48 hours
- Packaging features “do not stack” warning labels or cones. Products shipped from Goodyear and Canton are wrapped in red wrapping, for obvious indication of packaging tampering. If these items have been removed from shipments, claim should be filed with carrier.
6. Return Merchandise Policy
All returns require prior written authorization in the form of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Treston IAC LLC. Requests for return must be made within 45 days of receipt of goods.
Returned items must be in resellable condition and shipped freight prepaid. Upon inspection and acceptance by Treston, a handling fee of 25% or $50.00, whichever is greater, will apply. The remaining amount will be credited to the applicable invoice. Custom or non-standard products are not eligible for return.
7. Warranty Policy
Treston IAC LLC warrants all products to be free from defects in design, material, and workmanship under normal use:

| Textiles, covering materials, foam, finishes, exposed wood, fabrics, laminates, electrical components, and bench height adjustment cylinders and components | 1 year |
Warranty applies to products used under normal, single-shift conditions unless otherwise noted. Warranty excludes misuse, unauthorized repairs, transit damage, and modifications. Replacement or repair is at Treston IAC LLC’s discretion; freight costs for returns are borne by the purchaser. No other express or implied warranties are made.
8. Product Specifications
Treston IAC LLC reserves the right to make changes without notice to colors, prices, models, or specifications. For latest info, contact a Treston representative directly.
9. Additional Terms
Assembly and installation not included unless specified. Assembly services are available upon request.
Orders may be partially shipped with written approval.
ESD: Items labeled ESD comply with ANSI S20.20; end-user is responsible for proper grounding and compliance.
No contracts with penalty clauses or liquidated damages will be accepted.
